2. Lebihkan bilangan kuntuman bunga untuk mendapatkan warna yg lebih menarik.

11 kuntum bunga telang
1 cawan santan pekat
1 1/2 cawan santan cair
2 keping asam gelugor
1 sk garam
2 helai daun pandan disimpul
Secukupnya kaya

Buang tangkai hijau bunga telang & basuh bersih. Masukkan dalam lesung & tumbuk lumat.
