Tips

Rendam taugeh dalam air untuk memudahkan taugeh diasingkan dr kulit kacang yg berwarna hitam kerana kulit yg ringan akan timbul.

Ingredients

2 genggam taugeh
3 keping tauhu
2 ulas bawang merah dihiris
2 cawan air
3/4 cawan santan pekat
2 sk garam
1/2 sudu besar gula
1/2 batang cili merah dihiris

Buang kulit kacang dalam taugeh & potong tauhu ikut kesukaan.
