1 1/2 sb gula
3 - 4 cawan air kisaran kepala & ekor udang
Segenggam kucai
Segenggam taugeh
3 ulas bawang merah dihiris

Panaskan minyak & jemput adunan ke dalam minyak. Goreng hingga sedikit garing & balikkan. Biarkan hingga garing. Angkat & toskan minyak.
