2 cawan air rebusan daging
2 biji bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
1 inch halia
1 sudu kecil jintan putih
1 sudu kecil lada hitam biji
1 ketul sup bunjut
1,1,3 kulit kayu manis, bunga lawang, pelaga
Sehelai daun pandan (simpul)
1 sudu planta/minyak sapi
2 sudu minyak masak
Secukup rasa garam, serbuk perasa
Bahan Air Asam
10 biji cili api
2 biji lada merah
2 sudu besar belacan (disangai)
2 biji bawang kecil
Secukup rasa garam dan gula
2 biji jus limau kasturi
1 sudu pes asam jawa
3 sudu kerisik
1 biji bawang holland (hiris nipis)
1 biji tomato (hiris nipis)
