Lumur ayam dengan sedikit serbuk kunyit & garam. Goreng separuh garing. Angkat & toskan minyak.
Menggunakan minyak gorengan ayam tadi (buang sedikit jika banyak) tumis bahan kisar. Masukkan serai & masak hingga pecah minyak.
