Kalau makan budu , boleh diletakkan 2 sudu besar budu dan kurangkan garam..lagi sedap

Ingredients

1 ikat daun selom*
1/2 mangkuk taugeh*
1/2 biji bawang besar - di potong dadu*
2 batang serai - dihiris nipis*
3 biji cili api- dihiris nipis*
1 kuntum bunga kantan - dihiris nipis*
1 sudu serbuk lada hitam*
2 sudu besar kelapa goreng - ditumbuk kasar*
1 sudu teh - jus limau nipis
1/2 biji tomato - dipotong dadu*
2 ekor isi ikan goreng - dihiris halus
1/2 kotak santan kotak m&m
Secukup rasa garam
Secukupnya gula- untuk seimbangkan rasa

Daun selom - dibersihkan & hiris macam nak buat kerabu, taugeh dicelur sekejap
