Rebus ikan dgn 4 keping asam keping n garam. Bila ikan dah masak, asingkan tulang n isi ikan.
Blend tulang ikan dgn sedikit air rebusan sampai hancur. Tapiskan ke dalam periuk baru. Tapis betul2 supaya xde tulang yg berjaya melobos penapis.

Tuang balik air yg diblend td dlm blender. Masukkan isi ikan n blend sekejap2. Jgn terlalu lumat. Masukkan semula dlm periuk.

Hiris bwg n blend dgn sedikit air rebusan ikan. Jgn bnyak sgt air. Tkut nnt kuah cair. Tuang bwg blend dlm periuk ada isi ikan td.

Kacau isi ikan n bwg blend rata. Kalau pekat sangat, tapiskan air rebusan kedalam isi ikan td mengikut citarasa nk kuah pekat mana.
