Tips

Sos lebihkan sedikit manis untuk mendapat rasa yang sedap.
Sos lemon harus di tuang di atas ayam untuk mengelak ianya terlalu kembang kerana tepung jagung akan meresap sos.

Ingredients

250 g	isi dada ayam
1/2 sudu teh	minyak bijan
1/3 sudu teh	lada sulah
1/2 sudu teh	garam halus
1/3 sudu teh	gula pasir
100 g	tepung jagung
2 cawan	minyak untuk menggoreng
Sos Lemon
400 ml	air masak
1 sudu makan	sos plum
4 keping	hirisan lemon
2 sudu makan	madu
1/3 sudu teh	garam halus
1 sudu makan	gula pasir
2 sudu teh	tepung jagung(untuk memekat)
2 sudu makan	air sejuk(untuk bancuhan)
1 sudu teh	parutan kulit lemon
1 1/2 sudu teh	pati sunquick(mandarin)
