Dari sebatang jagung isi jagung
Secukupnya udang sederhana besar
Secukupnya kucai
1 biji telur
1 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit
Secukup rasa garam & gula
1-2 cawan air

Buang kepala udang & bersihkan udang. Kisar kepala udang dgn sedikit air. Tapis & ambil airnya.

Panaskan minyak (deep fry), masukkan senduk besi dlm myk supaya panas, keluarkan senduk & tuang adunan tepung dlm senduk, letakkan seekor udang.
