Ingredients

Bahan A
5 cawan tepung berserbuk penaik (blue key)
1 sudu teh baking powder
1 sudu teh garam
8 sudu besar gula
1/2 cawan vegetable shortening
1/2 cawan butter yang dilembutkan
300 ml susu segar
Bahan B (Glaze)
1/4 cawan butter dicairkan
1/2 cawan honey

Masukkan bahan B di dalam periuk dan kacau perlahan-lahan sehingga sebati, dan tutup api.

Dengan menggunakan dua sudu, ambil adunan tadi dan jadikan seperti bebola. Sapukan butter dan madu yang telah dicairkan ke atas tiap bebola.

Bakar pada suhu 200 darjah celcius selama 15 minit atau sehingga masak mengikut kesesuaian oven.
