My mum is the best cook. I learnt a lot from her. Sambal kerang was one of my favorite and added some petai (stink bean) for my version.

Ingredients

500 gram isi kerang
3 sudu besar minyak masak
1 biji bawang besar (dipotong)
2 ulas bawang putih (diketuk)
1 sudu belacan
1 mangkuk sederhana cili kering (dikisar)
1 mangkuk kecil air asam jawa
1 mangkuk kecil isi petai
Secukup rasa gula
Secukup rasa garam

Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali. Tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih.
