Siang dah bersihkan ikan lampan. Lumur ikan dgn sedikit garam & serbuk kunyit. Goreng separuh garing, ketepikan.
Menggunakan minyak gorengan ikan td (buang sikit jika minyak byk), tumis bwg besar, halia, cili merah & cili hijau hingga layu.
