Siapkan choc sponge dahulu. Masukkan kesemua bahan sponge cake kedalam mixer kecuali marjerin cair.
Guna whisk dengan kelajuan yang tinggi. Apabila adunan sudah kembang dan bertukar color , masukkan perlahan lahan marjerin cair.

Dituruti layer seterusnya adalah adunan cheese yang disejukkan tadi. Seterusnya layer lagi sehingga mendapat 3 layer kek dan 3 layer adunan cheese.
