Tips

Untuk kekalkn keranggupan isi petai.ambil isi petai rendamkn didlm air dan letakkn di dlm peti ais semlman.

Ingredients

1 mangkuk udang
1 mangkuk petai
6 sudu besar cili kisar
1 mangkuk kecil air asam jawa
5 ulas(dikisar) bawang merah
2 ulas(dikisar) bawang putih
1 mangkuk kecil minyak masak
1/2sudu besar garam
1 1/2 sudu besar gula

Basuh dan bersihkn udang dahulu.kemudian panaskn minyak,goreng dahulu udang sehingga masak.kemudian angkat udang td.

Bila dh garing masukkn cili kisar dan tmbh sedikit air.masak sehingga pecah minyak.bila dh pecah minyak masukkn air asam jawa.

Selepas itu masukkn isi petai,garam dan gula.biarkan sekejap masukkn udang yg telah digoreng td.
