Ingredients

1 pomfret fish
2 pcs garlic
Half yellow onion
Half carrot
1 flower brocolli
7 to 9 pcs cili padi
1 bowl air asam jawa
To taste salt
1 inch ginger

Clean and cut the fish. Sliced garlic, onion, and ginger.
