Boleh masukkan sayur-sayuran lain, udang, fish cake, fish ball, sotong, ayam dll ikut selera.

Ingredients

2 keping mee soya kering
50 gram sayur kobis
1 biji tomato
1 sudu teh lada hitam
1 biji bawang merah
2 biji bawang putih
1/2 cawan minyak masak (mengoreng & menumis)
3 helai daun bawang
4 sudu besar kicap abc
1 sudu besar sos tiram
Sedikit air
Secubit garam

Panas minyak, kemudian goreng mee soya hingga kekuningan (1minit)
