Spinach Oat Porridge

A yummy eat clean dish, it is super easy too.

Tips

The spinach can be prepared the night before if you insist that you have no time to cook it in the morning but honestly, it takes just a few mins to cook. It taste better freshly cooked too.

Ingredients

3-4 tbspn oatmeal
1 cup milk
2 handfulls spinach (clean and cut)
2 cloves garlic
2-3 tbspn salted butter (melted)
Garnish (optional) sweet pickled vege (minced)
To taste salt

Instructions

Boil milk and cook oat as per usual. Adjust the consistency according to your preference.

Set the oat aside once cooked.

Sauteé garlic with some olive oil.
