4 ekor ikan temenung
2 sudu besar (1 sudu besar taucu di basuh) taucu
2 cm halia dihiris memanjang
1 labu bawang besar dihiris tebal
3 tangkai cili padi dibelah 2
1 tangkai cili merah dihiris serong memanjang
Secukupnya air asam jawa
1 sudu kecil gula

Lumur ikan dgn garam & kunyit. Panaskan minyak & goreng separuh garing. Toskan minyak, ketepikan.
