Udang hendaklah di masukkan akhir sekali sebab udang cepat masak. Until mengekalkan kesegaran dan manis udang.

Ingredients

150 g (dipotong) kacang panjang
10-15 ekor udang
1biji telur
2biji(dihiris) bawang merah
2ulas(dihiris) bawang putih
1sudu besar oyster sauce
Secukup rasa garam

Hiris bawang merah dan bawang putih kemudian tumis hingga naik bau.
