Tips

1. Patah2kan keropok ikan menjadi kepingan kecil apabila hendak mkn. Atau boleh juga sebelah tangan suap bihun, sebelah tgn suap keropok. Hehe

2. Hati2 semasa tambah air, jika air terlebih bihun akan lembik.

Ingredients

1/2 paket bihun direndam selama 10min & ditoskan
1 genggam udang kecil
2 keping fishcake
1 sudu besar sos cili
1 sudu besar sos tiram
1 sudu besar kicap
1 sudu besar cuka
Secukupnya air
Segenggam taugeh
Segenggam kucai
Secukupnya keropok keping
Bahan Kisar
7 tangkai cili kering direbus
1 labu bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
