Baked Bread Pudding With Fruits Fillings

The use of natural sugar (from fruits) is healthier way to cut down simple sugar. So, by substituting simple sugar with fruits, you can get a healthy dessert with vitamins yet, tasty! Substitute common margarine or butter with soft margarine as it is trans-fat free!

Tips

Use white bread instead of wholemeal bread as it will absorb more liquid and can mold into a nice shape after baked.

Ingredients

6 pcs white bread
1 cup low fat/skimmed milk
3 tablespoon soft margarine (planta, naturel, any kind soft margarine)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 nos egg
2 tablespoon sugar
2 pieces diced dates
1/2 serving diced pear
1/2 serving diced lai
1 tablespoon raisin (dot on top of baked pudding)
