500gm chicken meat (ribs and keel required)
2 numbers shallot
50gm curry powder
2 number cinnamon
3 tbsp cooking oil
Adjustable salt and sugar
125ml full cream milk ( dutch lady )
200 gm potato

Clean the chicken meat and cut it into bite size. Set aside after that.

Removed the potato flesh and cut it to dice . To practice a fast cooking, U can cut into small dice. Chopped the shallot roughly.

In a wok, heat the cooking oil and put into the cinnamon and leave it until the smell's up. And you may put Your shallot along with that.

After 2 minutes, put Inside your potato and mix roughly for 3 minutes Before pour your chicken meat in the next 4 minutes. Mix all the ingedient until the chicken and potato soft.

Pour you Full Cream Milk into the and seasoned it with salt and sugar. Don't add water if you want to make a good gravy. Leave it for another 5 minutes.
