Pastikan cendawan kukur betul-betul bersih dari habuk kayu

Ingredients

300-400 gram cendawan kukur
1-2 biji bawang besar saiz sederhana
1-2 biji bawang putih
Segenggam ikan bilis
5-6 biji cili api
1-2 cm kunyit hidup
2-3 sudu makan minyak masak
1 biji santan kelapa
1 helai daun kunyit
1-2 cawan air
Secukup rasa garam
