Deep Fried Twiggies

I watched how Nigella Lawson cooked up some Fried Oreo recipe(which is brilliant). So i thought, "i could try this (the batter) with something else", lets go crazy with everything (desserts). I've tried with Bounty, Mars, Snickers. Americans have their fried Twinkies. Malaysian got Twiggies :p so there you go~

Tips

1. I prefer chocolate Twiggies for this recipe because the chocolate inside will oozing melt from the first bite.
2. Eat it with a scoop of ice cream. The Twiggies will soak up the melted ice cream and it will be a perfect hot and cold combination.

1 cup all purpose flour
250ml ice cream soda
For deep fry canola oil / cooking oil

4

Test a few drop of the batter to test the oil. It should be hot enough for deep fry, or else the batter will suck up a lot of oil.
