Ikan dibersihkan, lumur dengan kunyit dan garam. Goreng hingga masak, ketepikan.
Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan kisar hingga wangi. Tambah sikit air dan sos cili,biar mendidih hingga pecah minyak.
