Secukup rasa lada sulah
1/4 cawan susu rendah lemak
1/2 biji tomato
1/2 biji bawang besar dadu
1/4 cawan minyak zaitun

how many calories this meal
since I usually don't put any types of fat / milk skimmed into dish that consider be a healthy meal.

potato is protein, chicken itself also protein

but anyhow, it's does look good and I bet it also taste and smell good.

can it be steam instead of stir fry / cook with oil?
if its so, I would like to recook this recipe with those option
