Ingredients

300g pasta penne
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3 cawan susu segar
1/2 cawan parmesan cheese
1 biji bawan holland (didadu)
Secukupnya sosej - dihiris
Secukupnya serbuk kasar lada hitam
1/2 sudu teh oregano
2 helai daun bay
1 biji telur - dikacau
1 cawan daging kisar
Secukupnya meatballs
Secukupnya gula dan garam

Rebus pasta bersama olive oil untuk elak dia melekat.Bila dah masak cepat-cepat bilas dengan air sejuk supaya proses memasak dapat dihenti dgn segera.

Campur telur, oregano, bay leaf dan serbuk lada hitam. Tambah garam atau gula secukup rasa.
Tuangkan kuah keatas pasta tadi dan sedia dimakan.
