Beat the egg yolk into the chocolate and leave to cool.
Beat the egg white until stiff and carefully fold in the chocolate mixture. Spoon into stemmed glass and chill in refrigerator before serving.
Mix together the mousse, raisin and flake almonds
Spoon the mixture into a glass sundae dish then decorate with grated chocolate.
Chill in refrigerator before serving.
