Ingredients

Chocolate Mousse ( Prepare 3 Parts)
1 oz semisweet chocolate
1 tsp cold water
1 separated egg
Fruit Nut Sundae
2 parts chocolate mousse
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp flaked almonds
A little semisweet chocolate grated

Instructions

Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl placed over a pan of hot water.

Beat the egg yolk into the chocolate and leave to cool.
