1 oz | semisweet chocolate |
1 tsp | cold water |
1 | separated egg |
Fruit Nut Sundae | |
2 parts | chocolate mousse |
2 tbsp | raisins |
2 tbsp | flaked almonds |
A little | semisweet chocolate grated |
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl placed over a pan of hot water.
Beat the egg yolk into the chocolate and leave to cool.

Beat the egg white until stiff and carefully fold in the chocolate mixture. Spoon into stemmed glass and chill in refrigerator before serving.
