Tips

To choose better noodles for soup, the most suitable is Bihun and Spaghetti pasta. Mee Kuning or Kway teow instant contains too much flour and a little bit oily that may spoil the taste of the soup.

Ingredients

1 bungkus spaghetti pasta
1 bungkus tulang daging
4 biji dibelah empat kentang
1 biji bunga lawang
1 batang kayu manis
1 biji buah pelaga
4 ulas bawang putih
3 ulas bawang merah
Beberapa helai daun sup
Kicap Pedas
5 sudu besar kicap
4 ulas bawang putih
11 biji cili padi
7 biji limau kasturi

Tumis bahan rempah, bunga lawang, kayu manis, buah pelaga bersama bawang putih dan bawang merah sampai naik bau.

Masukkan air sebanyak mana yang disukai untuk kuah. Setelah mendidih, masukkan tulang daging dan tutup periuk. Biar daging lembut seketika.
