1 tangkai | daun kari |
Basuh bersih kacang dhal & rendam 4-5 jam. Didihkan air & rebus hingga empuk.
Panaskan minyak & tumis bawang merah, bawang putih & halia hingga sedikit garing. Masukkan biji sawi, cili kering & daun kari. Biarkan garing sdkit.
