Boleh menggunakan air rebusan ayam bagi menggantikan air jika mahu menjadikan rasa sos black pepper lebih sedap

1 biji bawang besar holland
1 sudu besar mentega
1 sudu besar lada hitam
2 sudu besar tepung gandum
1 sudu besar sos tiram
2 cawan air
2 sudu besar sos lada hitam
1 sudu besar kicap manis
1 kiub kiub ayam
Secukup rasa garam dan gula

Cairkan mentega kemudian tumis bawang besar Holland (telah dikisar halus). Tidak perlu terlalu garing.
