2 cawan ikan bilis
5 bj bwg merah-blend
2 bj bwg putih-blend
1 inci halia-blend
Sedikit saja air asam jawa
Seketul kecil nissan/gula melaka
1 sudu besar ciliboh

Panaskan minyak dalam kuali. Tumis bahan yang diblend dan ciliboh hingga garing n pecah minyak.
