Potong daging,jgn tllu tebal nnt lmbt masak. Cuci dan toskan.
Tumis cili boh biar garing @ pecah minyak, baru masukkan bwg merah dan bawang putih. Tumis sampai pecah minyak.

Tambah air jika daging belum empuk. Bila dah empuk dan agak sedikit tu serta dah cukup rasa smuanya bolehlah diangkat dan dihidang.
