1 1/2 cup icing sugar
3 - 4 (medium size) eggs
1 tablespoon or more essence vanilla
1 - 2 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice
1 tablespoon flour / all purpose flour
1 cup / 150ml sour cream /plain yogurt / dairy whip cream

Combine all the ingredient into food processor or your standard home food blender. Mix until smooth and silky.

Pour the batter into 8 inch bottom lose baking pan.

Put into the preheat oven of 170 degree Celsius and bake for 50 minutes by using Bath Maine method.
