1 genggam suhun
2 batang serai
1 inch halia
2 inch lengkuas
2 biji bawang besar
6 ulas bawang putih
1 cawan air
Secukupnya gula dan garam
Secukupnya minyak

Cuci bersih perut lembu dan rebus hingga empuk. Kemudian potong mengikut size kegemaran.
