however, I reduce amount of eggs into 4 onlys and add 3/4 cup of flour + 1 ts of bp and 1 ts sb and omit coffea from the original recipe. and some step has skip by using technique that per mention in my own recipe.

Ingredients

350g dark cooking chocolate
10 tablespoons , softened unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder (not include from original recipe)
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract / essence vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175 deg cel. Generously grease a 9 inch springform and line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper and butter the parchment.

Using a double broiler or microwave, melt the chocolate and set it aside to cool. sift flour with baking soda and baking powder.set aside

Beat the butter and sugar together on high speed until pale, light and thoroughly combined, about 5 minutes.

On low speed, add the egg one at a time, beat well after each addition. scrape the bowl and beat a few more seconds.

Add the flour,Add the chocolate and mix until thoroughly combined. Scrape down the bowl, add the vanilla and and beat until just incorporated.

Pour into the prepared pan and use and offset spatular to smooth the top. Bake for 40-45 minutes
