Wet Ingredients | |
1 cup @ 226g | unsalted butter (soften at room temperature) |
80g | icing sugar |
160g | light brown sugar |
1 | egg (a size) |
1 | egg yolk |
1 1/2tsp | pure vanilla extract |
Dry Ingredients | |
2 cup | all purpose flour |
1/4 cup | instant oats |
1 tsp | baking soda |
1/2 tsp | salt |
1 1/2cup @ 270g | semisweet choc chip |
Mix the flour, oats, baking soda & salt. combine thoroughly. set aside
In a bowl,beat the butter until smooth & creamy. add both sugar and beat until fluffy.
