Tips

1. Tambahkan kentang jika suka.
2. Jika suka pedas boleh tambah cilipadi diketuk.
3. Hati2 ketika menggoreng ikan kerana minyak akan meletup.
4. Jika ada lebihan kari, boleh panaskan & dicicah bersama roti atau lempeng.

Ingredients

1 tin kecil sardin ayam brand
2 sudu besar serbuk kari baba's
1/2 sudu besar serbuk cili
1 biji buah tomato dibelah 6
Secukup rasa air asam jawa
1/2 cawan santan pekat
Secukup rasa garam
Bahan Tumis
2 ulas bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
1 cm halia
1 sudu kecil halba campur
1 tangkai daun kari

Asingkan ikan & sosnya. Goreng ikan sardin sebentar, tak perlu garing. Angkat & toskan minyak.
