1/2 ekor (potong) ayam
1 biji (dihiris) bawang holland
Sebatang (diketuk) serai
8 helai daun limau
1 sudu makan sos tiram
1 sudu makan sos cili
Secukup rasa garam
Bahan Kisar
4 ulas bawang putih
2 biji cili hijau besar
3 biji cili merah
