Kalau taknak gunakan telur, gantikan dengan 1 sudu besar lagi ovallette.

Ingredients

Bahan Lime Sauce
1 cawan	air
3 sudu besar	gula pasir
2 sudu besar	gula aising
1/2 cawan	oren sunquick / jus limau
2 sudu besar	tepung jagung
1 sudu kecil	pewarna hijau
Bahan Vanilla Ice Cream
1 tin	susu cair
1/2 tin	susu pekat manis
Sebiji	telur
1 sudu besar	essen vanilla
1 sudu besar	ovallette

Instructions

Cara membuat Lime Sauce

1: Masukkan semua bahan dalam sauce pan, kacau guna whisk sampai sebati dan tak berketul.

2: Buka api perlahan, kacau sampai mendidih dan pekat. Tutup api,tapis dan sejukkan.

Cara membuat Vanilla Ice cream

1: Putar semua bahan sehingga kembang dan gebu, lebih kurang 15-20 minit. Kalau ada stand mixer,tak lenguh tangan. Hehe.

2: Ambil bekas, tuang vanilla ice cream selang seli dengan lime sauce. Ulang sampai habis. Bekukan semalaman.
