1 cawan air
3 cawan minyak
Bahan Sos
2 ulas bawang putih
2 sudu minyak goreng ayam tadi
2 sudu gula
2 sudu sos tiram
2 sudu sos bbq
2 susu sos tomato
3 sudu sos cili
1 sudu kicap
1 sudu minyak bijan
1/2 cawan air
3 helai daun bawang (hiris halus)
3 sudu bijan (sangai)-masa ni xde stok

Panaskan 1 sudu minyak. Tumis bwg putih sampai agak garing. Masukkan air,gula,semua sos,kicap dan minyak bijan. Kacau sampai mendidih dan pekat.
