Tips

-inti boleh dipelbagaikan sama ada gunakan ayam, udang atau sayuran sahaja.

Ingredients

10-20 helai kulit popia
4 keping daging burger (dadu)
2 biji kentang besar (dadu)
1/2 batang carrot (dadu)
3 sudu besar cili blend (bawang besar,bawang putih & cili kering diblend halus)
5 sudu serbuk kari daging
1/2 cawan air
2 sudu sos cili
2 sudu sos tiram
Secukup rasa garam, gula, serbuk perasa
3 tangkai daun sup (hiris halus)
Sebiji bawang besar (dadu halus)
4 biji telur
Secukupnya minyak masak

Panaskan kuali. Goreng daging burger sampai keluar minyak. Masukkan cili blend & serbuk kari. Kacau rata.
