Ingredients

7 - 8 ekor (bersihkan dan ketepikan) ketam
3 ulas (ketuk) bawang putih
5 ulas (mayang) bawang merah
5 batang (ketuk) cili api
2 inci (kisar) kunyit hidup
5 batang (potong ikut suka) cili besar merah
1 ketul ikub ikan bilis (ni kami tambah,xde dlm resepi asal)
1 - 2 cawan santan kelapa
Secukupnya garam
