Rebung madu dihiris & dicelur ke dalam air yang mendidih & ditos sebelum dimasak.

Ingredients

5 ekor ketam bunga (potong 2)
400 gram rebung madu
2 batang serai (ketuk)
2 helai daun kunyit (siat)
1 biji kiub pati ikan bilis
1 keping asam gelugor
1 kotak + 2 kotak air santan
Secukup rasa garam & gula
Bahan Kisar:
3 biji cili merah
6 biji bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
1 inci kunyit hidup
1/2 inci belacan

Masukkan ketam & rebung ke dalam periuk bersama serai, bahan kisar & asam gelugor. Kacau rata & masak sehingga mendidih.
