3 cawan santan pekat
2 batang serai (dititik)
1 inci kunyit hidup
15 ulas cili api
5 jalur kacang panjang
1-2 keping asam keping

Basuh paru dgn bersih, rebus sebentar. Rebus tanpa letak air, api jangan besar.
