1/2 cawan ikan bilis - bibersih & digoreng garing
1/4 cawan isi petai - hiris nipis
10 ulas bawang merah*
1 ulas bawang putih*
5 biji cili api*
1/2 sudu cili giling
3 sudu besar minyak masak
Secukupnya garam
Untuk seimbangkan rasa gula
