2 biji terung panjang
4 tangkai cili kering direbus
1 ulas bawang besar
2 ulas bawang putih
1 cawan air
1 sudu besar sos cili
1 sudu besar sos tiram
1 sudu kecil kicap
1 sudu kecil cuka
Secukup rasa garam & gula

Terung di potong menyerong & goreng hingga layu.
