A. Baked Lobster Cheese | |
800 gram | fresh lobster |
1 tbsp | butter |
600ml | fresh milk |
1/2 cup | cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup | parmesan cheese |
2 tbsp | unbleach wheat flour |
B. Garlic Herb Rice | |
3tbsp | butter |
10 large of clove | garlic |
1 inch | ginger |
2cups | uncooked white rice |
3tbsp | italian mix herbs |
3 cup-depend on rice type | plain water |
C. Mix Vegetable | |
As much as you want. hehe | carrot, cauliflower, broccolli, mushroom or else depend on your choice |
A. BAKED LOBSTER CHEESE
1. Stim the lobster until half cook for about 15min depend on the size
2. Cut the lobster into two part and put onto baking tray
(you can google or you tube how to stim and clean the lobster)
3. Place the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and allow to melt.
4. Add the flour and stir to a smooth paste. Then, whisk in the milk and then stir until the sauce has boiled and thickened.
5.Stir in the cheddar cheese and add the salt and pepper.
6. Spoon the white sauce on top of the lobster then sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
7. Preheat the oven for 190 'C and bake the lobster for 15 min or until the cheese melt in golden brown.
B. GARLIC HERBS RICE
1. Clean rice and drain well
2. Place the butter in a pan over medium heat and allow to melt.
3. Add the garlic,ginger,salt and habbatussauda cook until fragrant, then add mixed herb and rice. Stir until yellow to brown.
4. Move the rice to the rice cooker, add water, mix together and cook.
5. Once cook, sprinkle some EVOO and use a fork to mix it evenly with rice.

C. Mixed Vegetable
1. Stim the vegetable.
2.Put them in a nice bowl, sprinkle with EVOO,some chopped black pepper and lemon juice or Apple cider. Mix them evenly.
