Satu ikat kailan - cuci bersih
Sepotong ikan masin tenggiri
2 ulas bawang putih
1 ulas bawang kecil
2 ekor sotong
2 ulas cili api
1 sudu sos tiram
1 sudu sos ikan
2 sudu besar minyak
