Tips

Elakkan memasak sotong terlalu lama. Sekiranya sotong sudah masak tetapi kuah belum kering (sotong mengeluarkan air semasa dimasak), angkat sotong ke dlm pinggan & terus masak kuah hingga kering/pecah minyak.

Ingredients

6 ekor sotong sederhana besar
Secukupnya kacang buncis
1 tangkai cili merah dihiris
Secukupnya kicap kipas udang (manis)
Secukupnya sos tiram
Secukup rasa garam & gula
Bahan Kisar:
7 tangkai cili kering direbus
1 labu bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
Bahan Tumis:
1 batang kulit kayu manis
1 keping bunga lawang
3 tangkai bunga cengkih

Bersihkan sotong & potong ikut kesukaan.
Potong kacang bendi menyerong, ketepikan.
